With whom? That is the second point of fundamental importance for Fair Share:
Fair Share is rarely achieved when working with the wrong people.
How do you decide whether cooperation has a chance of succeeding?
Firstly, by assessing the Hidden Goals of the various participants, they should match or complement each other.
And of course to see whether your own Hidden Goals are not governed or overruled by obstructing Hidden Goals.

Obstructing goals within yourself or within others supply delays or failures.
Be honest with yourself and make it a habit to ask you out for each action:

  • Am I doing this purely out of self-interest?
  • Or to get attention, approbation, appreciation? Or out of ego-tripping?
  • To hurt, frustrate or harm others?
  • Am I doing this out of fear for or excessive protection against disaster, failure, revenge, punishment, accident, criticism or opposition?

Ask these questions also about your fellow players.
It is not about morality but about the easiest way to achieve your own goals, in collaboration with others.

By promoting supportive Hidden Goals within yourself and in others.
